Delivery charges vary per item and shipping destination. Please refer to the Shipping details on the specific product page where details are clearly shown.

VAT Policy

All prices show are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.

Parts and Labour Guarantee

All our products carry a one year manufacturers parts and labour guarantee. If you receive a product which is faulty, contact us by fax or phone and we will be happy to exchange or refund if a suitable replacement cannot be found. This in no way affects your statutory rights.

Money Back Guarantee

All products supplied by Premier Brands Direct are covered by a 14 day money back guarantee. It is the customers responsibility to send back the product to us via recorded delivery or courier. Money back guarantee covers the cost of the product only, not original delivery or return postage charges . We regret that refunds cannot be made for products that shows evidence of having been used. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.

Ownership of Goods

Ownership of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods are paid in full.

Quality and Use of Equipment

We make every effort to ensure that the products advertised on our site are of a high quality. We are governed by the manufacturers ability to provide the quality of product. There are times when this may be beyond our control. We make every effort to ensure that the purpose for which the product is advertised is the correct one. Equipment must at all times be used in conjunction with the manufacturers instructions, please read carefully before use. No one should undertake any form of exercise without first consulting their doctor or specialist and agreeing with them that it is safe for them to do so. If you are under medication or have any health related problems, please check with your doctor before exercising.

When will you despatch my order?

All our items are usually in stock, and we aim to despatch within 48 hrs. Occasionally certain items are out of stock. If this happens, we will contact you to confirm when we expect to ship your order. Your payment card will not be charged until your order is ready to be despatched.

Which couriers do you use?

UK Orders: All orders are generally despatched by City Link 24 hr couriers. Overseas Orders: Standard Shipping orders are despatched by Royal mail International Recorded Delivery or Fedex. Delivery time usually with 7-14 days. Please note all uk taxes are paid but we are not responsible to any local taxes outside the uk or import duty which may occur and is applicable in your country of residence.

How do I return items?

BEFORE Returning an item to us please read our Money Back Guarantee Terms a) Email us for a returns authorisation number. b) We will email you back with the returns number and this must be included with the items you send back to us with a letter of explanation as to why you are sending goods back to us. Please indicate if you wish a replacement item or refund/credit to your account. c) Send the goods back to us at the address stated. Please note that we are not responsible for packages not received - please send your items back by recorded delivery with insurance if necessary. d) On receipt of your returns we will replace or refund you. We will refund you postage charges only if we shipped the product to you in error or the product is faulty. Please ensure that you pack any returns well and we suggest you use recorded delivery.
